    5:00 AM- Cardio
    *30 min treadmill 3.2 rpm on 8 grade
    *30 minutes recumbent bike..manual level 7

    Post training Supps
    *2 scoops BCAA Aminocore by Allmax
    *10 grams l-glutamine
    *2 pumps formeron

    8:00 AM-Meal #1
    *1 cup lana's egg whites w/ asparugus cuts
    *2 cups oatmeal

    9:00 AM
    *200 mg Pfizer Depo Test (TRT)
    *1 IML DMZ 2.0
    *milk thistle
    *NOW liver support

    11:00 Meal #2
    *10 oz lean flank steak (cooked in pan)
    *1 cup white rice
    *2 cups spinach

    i'll log the remainder-- training and meals after work tonight.
    Trying to get 2 full gallons of water in a day.
    Holding at 276 in the morning and 281/2 at night
    Plan on dropping a few pounds in the next month or so..

    Been super busy with work and family. Training has been pretty good. I'm noticing some change in body composition with TRT Cyp and IronMagLabs Super DMZ 2.0. I upped my test with my endo to 200mg a week and 125mg of some other Test E. So 350mg's a week and 2 DMZ's split into 2 doses. I couldn't tell a difference- or an increase in strength-- until being on the orals for a week. I've been getting super good pumps since the DMZ kicked in.

    Meals have been 2 lbs of chicken split up into 3 containers, 12 egg whites, pound of lean flank steak for protein.
    Carbs have been from Oats, Rice, white potato, kashi cereal.

    Chest tonight with calves and cardio.

    Chest-
    Incline DB 100/110/130/130
    Incline DB Fly's 60/65/80/85's
    Flat Machine drop sets 100 reps
    Cable Cross Overs to failure

    Cardio
    Stair Stepper 20 min
    Treadmill 30 min 8.5 Incline 3.2 RPM

    With work and family I haven't been able to be online much, so I haven't been logging like I've wanted to.

    At 43 years old and training since 1986, this is the best my body has felt in a long time. Primarily it's due to dieting and having support from my wife and kids to follow through. It's off season so I'm not eating SUPER clean but pretty good. We've added a lot more cardio this off season.. more volume with a small rest period in the weight room. Eating a lot more frequent with smaller meals, trying to eat every 3 hours with 42 grams of tissue protein per meal. I've been under eating for a while. It's easy to do when you have a family and work, so I'm switching things up across the board. Way more cardio and not getting up to the 290's rather bust ass in the 260's leaner! I think this high volume, fast paced training will be good instead of blowing up with water then having to crank down to see any separation--therefore sacrificing being strong and full during prep.

    Today-
    Fasted Cardio
    6:00 AM 45 mins home treadmill 3.2 RPM at 8.0 Incline
    Used the foam roller for my IT ban on left side, lower lumbar therapy as well!

    7:30 AM
    2 Scoops Allmax Aminocore
    1 cup Egg Whites
    3 packs quick grits

    Supps-
    Milk Thistle
    Omega 3.6.9
    1 scoop phyto greens

    Seated Icarian -Chest Press drop sets.
    DB Pullovers -4x8 with 100 LB DB
    Cable Cross Overs- high reps to failure

    Haven't had a lot of time to post as of late. I've noticed a huge difference taking Super DMZ 2.0 with TRT Cyp at 350 mg a week. I've been holding a little water but nothing crazy--most in part due to sodium. My strength has noticeably changed in the last couple of days. The DMZ has been a nice addition to add strength and fullness.

    In two weeks I start a run with higher test per week and an addition of 2IU GH a day, if my endo follows through? As well, putting in some EQ at 600 mg a week. Diet has been on point (for the first time in a while)! I've cut back on portion size and have added more meals with less carbs. If I'm drained, then I'll add some carbs from either white rice or red potato but nothing crazy!

    Trained hamstrings early morning today.

    Used foam roller for my IT band and rolled the quads and hams pre workout. I like to do a little myo fascia to warm up the muscles.

    Lying leg curls - 3x20 warm up
    Seated Hammer leg curl
    Standing Hammer leg curl
    Stiff leg dead with DB's

    Stair Master steps -30 minutes


    Supps today-
    Formeron- 1 pump
    Aminocore 2 scoops
    IML DMZ 2.0-1 cap
    NOW Liver support
    Milk Thistle
    Vitamin Pack


    Getting bloods done next week and will be doing some photo work in 2 weeks in LA. Post up progress pics asap.
