I have taken halo and halo extreme before. So, this is just more of a question on how to schedule these two supps. I was told I could use both to get some good fat loss, so decided and went ahead and purchased them.
E = 25 mg tablets
C = 200 mg tablets
I was told to take the EC stack, 2 times a day, once before breakfast on an empty stomach and once before training.
Now, my issue is taking the halo extreme. I was thinking of cycling this product for 4 weeks: 30/50/50/50
Normally I take my halo in the morning after breakfast with all the liver or cycle support and then before training, along with the same support.
Does this sound fine or what? Obviously for the first week @ 30 mg, I'd follow the same thing as I'd do with the two dosages of the halo extreme. I just want to make sure everything looks fine. So much pills to take, just want to spread them out nicely.
