How to measure your omega3 to omega6 ratio (cavemen ratio was 1:1, american:1:50!!!)

Been hunting around recently to try to find out how to get an omega3 to omega6 test. Basically if you know your om3 and om6 levels, you have a pretty decent health indicator.

Anyway, no docotor or lipid specialist that I speak to seems to know where you can get one....

There are online testing kits but they look kinda dodgy ? I don't think testing your blood would be hte best way to do it... I thought taking a adipose tissue sample or muscle sample would be more accurate...

    Awesome

Checked with my docotor and apparently we don't have these in Australia yet but I'd love to try it out.

    Cheers

the use of vegetable oil's will have the omega 6 way up.

i think it's the ratio which causes the heart disease
