I have been weight training since I was 15 and have done 7 cycles in the past. I have 2 tren cycles under my belt. My current stats are 40 yo weight 195lbs bf 15% 5'9"
Workout 3 parts a day
chest/tri/shoulder Tu-Thur
back/biceps M-W-F
Legs M nights only because I do so much cardio (6 miles every morning) and kickboxing they get a great pump.
Test 300 (15 wk)
EQ 300 (20 wk)
Tren E 200 (wk 4 - 12)
Var 80 ed (wk 13 - 20)
I also have a ton of Winny and Halo was thinking of saving for next cycle
PCT clomid 50ed (wk 25 - 29)
HCG 250x2 wk (wk 4 - 30)
Diet is supper clean high protein low carbs 40/30/30
well I guess I have to open this up to some bashing
