How do you perform the Vertical Bench Press & Bend-over Calf Raise? What else can replace them?
I've found the calf extensions on the 45 degree leg press feel the same as the Bent Over Calf Raises (donkey raises). And the Verticle Bench the closest thing I can think of are Cable Crossovers. even though they are move of a fly motion.
