First pin 1ml each of test e 250 deca 250 and eq 200 upon arrival in upper quad. Went in smooth and no pip so far. I start the tbol in the am yeah boyeee. Pics will be up on monday, unfortunately ill be at work all weekend.
60 mgs of tbol so far today and still no pip from the pin yesterday. Very happy about that. Fucking work all weekend then hitting it hard starting monday. This will be an all out bulk. Training schedule will be mon, arms, tues legs and shoulders, wed back, and fri will be chest calves. Some stats. 28 years old 6' 8" 285lbs bf% not sure but six pack is very visible. Couple pics and i will put some fresh ones up after gym on monday.

Alright well i ran a little behind today so i had to go in and out. Today's workout. All controlled lifts with good form. Barbell curls 155lbs 3 sets of 6, concentration curls 55lbs 3 sets of 10, close grip pullups 3 sets of 9, 7, and 7. Close grip bench 365lbs 3 sets of 4, 375lbs 1 set of 2, may have gotten a third rep but did not have a spotter too risky. Lying dumbell extension 45lbs 3 sets of 8, underhand grip pushdowns full rack 3 sets of 10. Finished off tri's with close grip pushups to failure. Good start. Nothing side wise to report yet. Legs shoulders and calves tomorrow. Forgot to get a few pics, def tomorrow.
Well i forgot to get a few pics again lol so thursday it is. Legs, shoulders, calves today went well. Squats always well below parallel 315lbs 2 sets of 8, 365lbs 2 sets of 4, 405lbs 2 sets of 3, 425lbs 2 sets of 2. Hard to walk after last set as always lol. Went right into standing military press 225lbs x 8, 245lbs x 6, 275lbs x 3 tried for a fourth rep but got stuck at my forehead....fuck! Reverse flys 45lb dumbells 3 sets of 8 supersetted with lateral raises 45lbs 3 sets of 10. Pump was really good at the end. Seated calf raises 4 45lb plates and 2 25lb plates 3 sets of 12. Last set was a dropset bouncing the weight as fast as i could for an insane burn. Right quad has a little soreness today after yesterday's pin, not much probably will be gone by tomorrow.
Also forgot to mention before i do my military presses and in between sets i hit the reverse pec dec machine to pump the blood into my rear delts and traps. This has helped my military press immensely now that I'm hitting some heavier weights. Really helps me lock my shoulders and traps into place for a stronger base. I highly recommend this to those of you that overhead press.
Got drunk with my wife tonight, sex was amazing as usual. I know it's placebo because i just started this blast but we both always get so horny when i up the doses. I think the anticipation of teenage test levels have us both hot as fuck. Anyways off day from the gym today, i messed up when i typed in my training schedule before. I meant to put back on thursday so later today my brothers. My favorite day of the week....
Alright well I'm sick so i took off friday and monday from gym, still debating on going later today. Anyway my back workout on thursday was good. Underhand barbell rows 275lbs 3 sets of 7 deadlifts working sets.. 405lbs x 10, 455lbs x 6, 495lbs x 3, 545lbs x 2. One arm dumbell rows 160lbs 3 sets of 8. Well i caught the local bug going around and i feel like shit but much better than this weekend. Haven't taken more than 4 days off from the gym in a couple years so maybe I'll come back a bit more energized.
