howdy peeps just a bit overwhelmed with the info on this site, holy cow. there is a wealth of knowledge in these forums. Anyway....

just turned 41. Ouch
6'1"
216 lbs
4 day split workout
5am cardio 4xweek
just received my first online order ever of gear and I was extremely nervous. They were fast with the delivery and so far I am very pleases. Results to be determined. I will post if anyone cares. Thx

If you are really a newbie, make sure you read and read, then read some more before you hit that first cycle. Don't want to do any permanent damage. If you find you are lacking something, check out Orbit and get it! Stuff pretty much ships overnight, it's crazy.
