It's only 4th day on the diet/fitness and I already messed up big time (including that the 4 days were all perfect eather). But today is BAD.
I got really hungry at work and already ate the food that I had with me. Then my stomach started to hurt, so I skipped the workout, came home and ATE a lot... not good things eather.
Katia...pay attention to the several times that I have asked you to include fat in your meals.....fat satiates, slows gastric emptying, delays gluconeogenesis (the conversion of protein to sugars) ....it takes about 20 minutes to hit the saeity centers in the brain......and you will have less desire to binge!
