I havent posted in a couple months, college was getting hectic and even getting time to lift was hard. Im now at about 215, 11% bodyfat. I need to bring up my tris, chest and calves. I know a whole bunch of excersises for these muscles but I want some variety, something I may not have ever tried before to blast those muscles into prime shape. Thanks in advance.
