Not sure if I should go for a clean bulk then cut, recomp, or straight cut and maintenance
Looking for pre cycle, on cycle, and post cycle nutrition strategies based on info below
My stats/experience
5'10" (small framed)
177lbs
13-14% bf - mostly midsection, can see upper abs
39 years old
5-6 short, low dose cycles past 3 years (50mg test prop eod, 50 mg tren ace eod) typical 6-8 week cycle for me
Started lifting at age 16 off and on but consistently for the past 3.5 years.
Current diet (looking to drop fat before cycle)
Meal 1 - oats, banana, whey protein
Meal 2 - 1/2 serving fruit, Egg burrito on whole wheat tortilla, 2 egg whits, 1 whole egg, fresh salsa
Meal 3 - 1 serving fruit and 1 string cheese
Meal 4 - 4-6 oz Chicken, 1/4 cup brown rice, 1/4 cup black beans, 1TB low fat sour cream, fresh salsa
Meal 5 - 4-6oz chicken,1TB light mayo, 1TB low fat sour cream, 1/2 apple, 1 cup cabbage, 2 large whole grain crackers
Meal 6 - 4-8oz chicken, bbq sauce, 4oz sweet potato, 1tb low fat sour cream
PWO protein/carb shake
Meal 6 is at 7pm or 1.5 hours before workout at 8:30pm
Drink at least 1 gallon water/day
Snack on fat free yogurt, fruit, peanuts
I figure I'm at 1800 calories with 200 grams protein
Some meals I struggle to finish that amount of food but then I'm
hungry within an hour. Hard to eat clean and get enough calories
I think.
Training:
Lift heavy weight low reps on Mon/Tue off Wed then lighter weight 15 reps on Thurs/Fri
Rotate between a few different regimens but mainly stick to the compound
lifts - squats, deads, pull ups, db incline chest, db shoulder press, etc every set until
failure
Do cardio for 30 minutes about 3 times per week usually right after lifting.
So I will be starting this cylce the first of May:
Weeks 1-4 50mg dbol ed
Weeks 1-4 50mg tren ace eod (fina powder)
Weeks 1-4 100mg test prop eod
Weeks 5-8 25-50mg test prop eod
Weeks 1-8 12.5mcg T3
Aromasin and vits/mins on cycle
Aromasin and Torem PCT
Above oct and pct have worked keeping me from acne, gyno sides. And yes I've had them
at those low doses when I don't use ancillaries.
Have HCG not reconstituted yet on hand from previous cycle. Not sure if it's even still good or not??
