Guess I'm gonna try those muscle milk shakes you see in the cooler at gas stations...anybody ever try those? Are they good?

They are ok in a bind. The Premade muscle milk tastes nothing like the powder that you prepare.

Just got back from the store n pick'd up 3 to last me till I got home.. It tasted alright, but like u said dj, I believe if u made it urself it would taste better. so1970, have to agree with you... It does have a bad after taste
