I am not believing it will cure IBS and everything you have listed. I know people with IBS... it can be more then one thing. but i agree its good for your overall health and stress. :-)
Yoga rocks! I started out with P90x they have a yoga disc, and let me tell you I sweat more during that than almost any other workout I do. on a side note if you took some Viagra right before and went into a class with all them ladies in downward dog right in front of you, that might be an awkward situation... Just sayin
I watched a bit of DDP yoga on you tube. I like the benefits of yoga but I gotta admit it was hard taking him serious as a yogi lol. I just keep thinking it would be like yoga from Mickey Rourke in the wrestler
Yoga is good stuff. I do a bunch of yoga-ish stability exercises either before or after cardio, and sometimes on leg days. It used to get ridiculed on the boards years ago, glad to see that has changed.
