Why did it seem strange to you? I have just mentioned some benefits that one can get if they perform yoga on a regular basis.

I should do more yoga though. maybe less cardio..

I thought it was strange because it looked like an ad or something, since you do not have many posts.
    Thanks for the post.
I am not believing it will cure IBS and everything you have listed. I know people with IBS... it can be more then one thing. but i agree its good for your overall health and stress. :-)

    Type of Yoga

Calories burned (1 hr / 150 lb person)

    4. Hatha Yoga

    3. Ashtanga Yoga

    351

    2. Bikram

    1. Vinyasa

    Googled it for calorie burn.

I've done a couple of yoga classes and really felt good after doing them, I should do more also just for the pure stretching motions.

Yoga rocks! I started out with P90x they have a yoga disc, and let me tell you I sweat more during that than almost any other workout I do. on a side note if you took some Viagra right before and went into a class with all them ladies in downward dog right in front of you, that might be an awkward situation... Just sayin
I'll get there or Die trying...

Yoga makes us realize the inner peace and the only technique that make our mind relaxed.
