I am not believing it will cure IBS and everything you have listed. I know people with IBS... it can be more then one thing. but i agree its good for your overall health and stress. :)

I've done yoga a couple times and always feel better after but this thread needs yoga pant hottie pics
 
i am intereted in yoga but dont really know any of the stretches or what ever can any one help with some basics to see if it fits my workouts please

Yoga exercise is very good exercise to make fit and flexible body. this exercise keep us stress free.
 
Yoga rocks! I started out with P90x they have a yoga disc, and let me tell you I sweat more during that than almost any other workout I do. on a side note if you took some Viagra right before and went into a class with all them ladies in downward dog right in front of you, that might be an awkward situation... Just sayin
 
anybody tried DDP Yoga? I've never done yoga, but am looking into for the mobility benefits.
 
I watched a bit of DDP yoga on you tube. I like the benefits of yoga but I gotta admit it was hard taking him serious as a yogi lol. I just keep thinking it would be like yoga from Mickey Rourke in the wrestler

Everyone should really have the chance to feel the experience all of their stresses get escaping after a few minutes session of Yoga doing on daily basis.
 
Yoga is good stuff. I do a bunch of yoga-ish stability exercises either before or after cardio, and sometimes on leg days. It used to get ridiculed on the boards years ago, glad to see that has changed.

Doesn't cure IBS though.
