You are right. I did not make that clear in my post. Like I said it acts on the platelets making the blood as you say, less sticky.

no worries.
I just worry because some DO think it thins the blood and use it if they have blood issues to do with that, which can be unsafe if you think its doing something it is not.

just wanted to point out is all ;-)

Look into Lyme disease ... it can be pretty fucked up, and most docs dont look for it unless you push it... it can do ALOT of things! very crazy stuff... even death if left untreated. watched a LONG thing on this one. its around more then people think and be mistaken to be a bunch of other illness's from MS to depression.. rule it out.

This thread got very inspiring here put it to use!

so is the primary problem you not getting enough sleep to recover ?
or even when you do get good sleep u still feel like shit ?

when you wake you feel like shit, training only makes it worse, i can train hard and long or short and sweet, back off all the weight a bit and recovery is non existent. Even cardio, low impact stuff i have poor recovery, most days i sleep at least 3 hours, trust me i have tried a lot of stuff. I am on melantonin for the sleep, at least i get off to sleep now fairly well. Its not a funny thing to have, i can be sitting there watching Tv or having dinner and just get pain for no fucking reason, i keep a diary on the health issues. Its been misdiagnosed at least twice, i have had it for 4-5 years. Worse in the last 6-7 months. KOS i thank you for your inspiring pics but believe me i have tried a number of things, giving up wasn?t one of them.

IML Gear Cream!

normal as far as i know, red?s are high, i saw the sleep specialist doctor yesterday, he said my mild sleep apnea was almost normal for a male person my age height and weight, so sleep apnea is ruled out, he also said yes in bad cases of sleep apnea red blood cells can be higher and testosterone can be lower meaning feeling lethargic etc. so its back to the drawing board. Ring the endo on Friday and see what are the next round of tests.

if you do have Lyme disease i know someone who can help you... docs may try to put you on a drug that lowers red blood cells.. i dont suggest you use it cause it has been linked to cancer. need a full panel of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and fatty acids.. to see how the body is working

i have to wait until June, my specialist is over seas on holidays. Then it will be on.

there is no lyme disease in australia guys. my endo put me on Primotest 250mg 1 ml shot every 4 weeks so at least i got something, just waiting to see how the bloods react

There is Lyme disease in Australia. It's been proven.
