Lab results - High Estradiol - Recommendations Sought

I would appreciate any recommendations to help balance my recent lab work from LabCorp. My only noticeable symptoms have been disappointingly slow gains and ED; otherwise I've been feeling fine. I'm currently between physicians (moved for new job), so I don't have a decent anti-aging specialist to consult with yet.

Testosterone, Serum - >1500 (normal range 348-1197)
Luteinizing Hormone - 0.1 (normal range 1.7-8.6)
FSH, Serum - <0.2 (normal range 1.5-12.4)
Estradiol - 128.7 (normal range 7.6-42.6)

I'm 5 weeks into my 16 week cycle (pin twice a week):
Test Cyp. - 800mg/week
Deca-D - 420mg/week
Dbol - 40mg/day (thru week 6)
Arimidex - 0.5mg/EOD at time of testing (recently increased to 0.5/ED)

When not on heavy cycles I cruise on BHRT Rx compounded cream since my normal test levels dropped significantly when I turned 48.

52 y/o male
5'10" and 230lbs (yes I have done-laps disease), but stout build

Noteworthy: My gall bladder is 100% disabled according to all testing. I will be undergoing surgery after my cycle to have it removed as well as fix a hernia. I've been told by some that this may be adversely affecting one or more lab results until gall bladder is removed.

Any and all helpful advise will be greatly appreciated!

I would start some aromaisn ASAP. 25mg ED.

What d/a are you using for the deca?
 
once you go past 40ish your body will begin to convert testosterone to estrogen at a much higher rate...you may require even 1mg ed of adex with those doses..I would go with the .5mg ed..if the obvious signs like ED dont improve within a few days bump it to 1mg ed..my dose of AI has risen almost double in the last 3 yrs and I'm a decade behind ya in years..
 
Listen to s2h. Mans smart. Adex at .5 should be ok Ed if it doesn't work go to 1ed or aromasin 25ed split into am pm doses then get bloods done in few weeks
 
You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to s2h again
 
I also will switch AI's or bounce between them...so adex and aromasin...along with some nolvadex on and off to keep my man boobies in check..

Its all trail and error using labs to dial it in for your needs...the cut a dry isn't the trick when it comes to hormones..we are all different..

Aromasin is supposed to be less effective in men compared to adex...I do find 25mg of aromasin works better then 1mg of adex for me...were the adex gets my e2 a little to low...then I'm crying to AC/DC on the radio..

I'm serious...its bad...high e2 doesn't really bother me at all...

But low e2 is terrible...I'm a emotional train wreck...start playing Lionel Ritchie song on the radio...fruity stuff like that..lol..

I do like adex myself too, but aromasin is good too..

Thanks to all for the insightful information! A special thanks to s2h.

I plan to do a follow-up lab in another couple of weeks to see how everything compares; hopefully trending in the right direction. I have no doubt my gall bladder is having some affect on my labs, and I'll be taking care of that promptly after this cycle is finished.

Thanks again. I'll report back later and hopefully this thread can be useful to others in my situation (especially old farts)!

P.S. 1/4 pill of Levitra does make me rock solid for a looooong time so I can nail the fuck out of my wife! But w/o the ED pill I'm pretty useless. :-(
 
Deca may lower libido and your E2 is sky high. I would drop the deca in half and trend your adex dose upward and repeat labs.

I kinda suspected the deca to be the ED culprit. As of a couple of weeks ago I increased adex to 1mg/day. I'm going back in for repeat lab work at earliest opportunity!

If you're on that much Deca. It's not the AI you'd worry about rather what's going to control your prolactin levels--with Deca being the most sensitive of those. I'd run cabergoline at .5 EOD--or find what dose works for you? Prolactrone by BLR is also a good alternative for prolactin
