Pharma amps past expiration?

I have more gear than I can use before expiration dates. In your experience, how far past expiration date would you feel comfortable using pharma amps? 12 months? 18 months? 2 years???

There fine....not all but almost all script Pharm medications have to have a exp date per laws...fire away..
