Hello,

I am starting a cycle of 1-test and 1,4 andro. I ewant to try this work out (power - rep - shock). But, Will I be under tranning while on this stack. If so can some one please send me a workout rutine to follow while on this stack. My goal is to get lean,cut.

This workout will help you grow whether on prohormones or not! Click on the link that my good friend Firestorm gave you above and see the post by Scotty the Body to find sample workouts for each bodypart.

day 1: chest/bis
day 2: quads/hams
day 3: off
day 4: lats/low back
day 5: delts/traps/tris
day 6 and 7: off

REPEAT...
