Businass is businass. When you enter contract with another person you are entering a creditor debtor relationship. When one party does not maintain honor and becomes a dishonor to the contract in the rules of the uniform commercial code, its very interesting to see the justifiable outcomes of these breaches of contract. There are no morals in business. Only contracts.

what it amounts to is the passive acceptance of authoritarian rule a sign of the times. if this is what's going to be allowed by 2 "normal" people at the street level what is going to transpire when it's the "normal" person vs the corporation or the small firm vs the monopoly?

states have already brought back debtors prison at the state and local level.

it's not a sing of a society that is progressing and moving forward it's a sign of de-evolution.
