Had to be in at 5:30 am and good night I had maybe 4 hrs or close to 3 hrs sleep. I had the most unreal energy today all day and felt like I could lift a truck. Hit up 1 mile at the track after back workout. It's so hot that you sweat just coming out of my truck.

reverse lat machine pull downs: 150 lbs x 8, 135 lbs x 8, 6
Had a blast tricep day with cardio following at the track in about 90 degree weather. Thus after being at work acting as a paramedic in today's exercise transporting victims back in forth through the heat lol. I'm feeling really pumped and loving it.
Goodnight being away from the gym for a week kills your mood lol. I was so sore today but finally managed to hit gym for some back. I will hit up biceps or tri's tomorrow. Baby Evan is doing great eating and zzzzz "ahh the life of a baby"!
Today felt good but still out of the loop from days off with the baby. Thing that's bother me is that damn pain in the elbows and forearms when doing biceps only. I manage to still hit a good one up and pushed through it.
Crap you got me lol Yeah bro I do train legs just not as much as I need too. I play softball and try not to over kill them during season. I get a lot of crap from friends bc they tell me you do not need to train legs Tommy!! That's only bc I have 18.5 inch calves lol. I will be hitting them this week and once a week from now on brother!!!
