Anybody else take this supp?

After a bone breaking, spine twisting motorcycle accident three years ago, I started taking it. I've been taking it ever since.

I swear by this stuff.

I took a 1000mg a day for a few months and I couldn't tell any difference at all so I quit using it.

I started taking it 2 weeks ago in hopes it would help with my shoulder and some tendonitis. This week it seems as though things are hurting a little less. Time will tell. Also I was chatting with a girl in my gym that is a pro bodybuilder that just recently started taking it and she says it has been helping her too.

I take 2 tablets a day and definately think it helps.
