This is my 4th day on var (10mg a day) and I feel great. I have lots of strength and can lift lot heavier than before. I was just wondering if I need to increase my dose or stack it with something else for better result.

Goal: Gain more lean muscle, cut and fat loss
ps: I know all about diet and nutrition and how, what and when to eat!
