I tried something "new" the other day. (Well, it was new to me). Bent over rows using a Smith machine. Anyone else ever do these?
My back muscles have been sore for two days now. It's probably just because of the new movement, but it's cool to feel the pain nonetheless. My lats have not felt soreness in a while.
