    Back muscles are sore

I tried something "new" the other day. (Well, it was new to me). Bent over rows using a Smith machine. Anyone else ever do these?

My back muscles have been sore for two days now. It's probably just because of the new movement, but it's cool to feel the pain nonetheless. My lats have not felt soreness in a while.

I've tried on a smith once, seemed a bit awkward. New movements are cool

Yeah, it's nothing I will make part of my permanent program because it doesn't involve any stabilizers, but I just wanted to try something different.

yes, I have done rows on a smith, however I prefer a barbell.

but, new exercises are good for new muscle stimulation.
