Big thank you to heavy and ironmaglabs for letting me try this preworkout. I'm coming off a nice blast and heading into this cruise i was looking for something to help keep my strength and intensity high so this worked out perfectly.
I started today with one half scoop to play it safe and honestly it was more than enough. The taste was very good and it mixed very easily with only a spoon. I dropped the kids off at the daycare, put my headphones in and by my third set of warm up's my biceps had a surge of blood flow already. the pump was awesome and really helped me get into the zone.
I started with dumbbell curls and worked up to 80lbs for 3 sets of 7,7,5 last set i dropped down to 60's and pumped out a dropset of 7 haha. Close grip bench went equally as well and i hit 385lbs for 3 sets of 5,5,3 last set my shoulder got a little tight so i finished of arms with high volume work. Sitting at work right now and my biceps keep locking up so far i am impressed. Shoulders and legs tomorrow.
Hit shoulders yesterday with amazing focus. Worked up to 245 on standing military presses for 4 sets of 7,7,5,5 high volume reverse fly's and cable lateral raises had me pumped. The lemon ice really reminds me of Italian ice. The pump and focus is awesome so far.
Going to hit back soon, one thing I've noticed so far is that maximum pump really kills my appetite. This is valuable for those who are cutting. Going to stick with 3/4 scoop, so far this has been enough.
Have to say that I'm very impressed with maximum pump. My workouts have been awesome even tho I'm just on a small cruise dose. I have not lost any strength. Hit 445 for 10 sets of 3 on squats yesterday and felt fine lol
Supersets with chest and back were no problem on Friday, I was very refreshed and energized even at the end. Was worried because I don't like to pair big muscle groups together but the maximum pump kept my endurance through the roof.
