    SFW's 8 week Cut cycle - A holy trinity of gears (Test, Tren, Mast)






    I'd Like to thank SteelGear.net for giving me the opportunity to log a Test, Tren, Mast cycle.


    This will be an 8 week cycle of Roid-Plus brand gear. My doses will be aprox 350-400ish EW, which is a fairly sweet spot for me in respect to sides/gains.

    I started video logging since the 9th of August with a starting weight of 218 lbs.

    I ballooned up from last month, where i had dropped down to around 210 lbs. Lack luster dieting and lack of Gears caused a blub rebound, which will be annihilated during the course of the next 8 weeks. (Jesus willing)



    4 days in so far, down to 215 lbs. Calories have been cut back drastically to aprox 2,500. This will be adjusted as i move along.

    Thanks bro. The gears are good, this is evident already. Felt like i was having an asthma atttack after tren injection. I fucking love it and hate it at the same time. Mast feels like it creeping up on me as well. Once its in full effect, energy goes through the roof. That should push me through the cal deficit. Roid plus is as good as any other UGL ive used.

    +1. Im a fan of the brand. Finished off the Test e roid plus from earlier in the summer and enjoyed it. Solid product. So far the tren ace is fucking monstrous. That chest burn and tickle kicked in within seconds. Felt like i just took a massive pipe rip. Once that mast starts kicking, its a wrap. Puts me into fitness auto pilot.

    Dead, Hang clean, overhead press, front squat, hang, repeat (all in one motion. Focusing on explosivity and form.

    1) I start with a deadlift, 2) while the bar is mid thigh, hang and clean it into press position, 3) overhead press, 4) then bring it down to front squat position and squat, 5) hang and lower to deadlift position.

    So far, I'm down 5 lbs. Its day 10 and weigh 213 lbs. Carb intake extremely low. Just post workout. Around 100-125 grams a day. May need to bump slightly soon as i plan on intensifying my training a bit.

    Pants/shorts starting to fit less snug around the waist. Feeling less bloated.

    I'll be keeping cals at aprox 3000 for now. (Give or take)

    My macros are re-adjusted for more carbs. 200 grams ed, 100 grams of fat ed and 300+ grams of protein. I had good results back in june with this ratio, so why not do what works? Then again, i was a not big then, and i'm an unjerked, not big now.

    I might adjust it to 250 grams of protein and raise my fats a bit if i feel sluggish or hungry.

    Day 19-20
    = 210 lbs, down 8 lbs (probably muscle and bone loss) and still using 50 mgs of roid plus Test/tren/mast ed w/ low dosed Letro.

    5+ weeks left...and i say 10 more LBS to go.

    Hmm. Looking flat-chested and bloated. Too many dips and not enough bench presses in my life. I tried something different and paid the price i suppose.

    Oh and i brought squats back in full effect. No more lunges. Hopefully that'll bring my overall jerkedness up a notch. My bench/squat numbers have taken a dive...But ill be somewhat presentable in 5 weeks.

    I blame that winny run a month or so ago. Never using it again. Even at low dose, it killed my knees, shoulders and triceps to the point where i couldnt train like i wanted to. NO IDEA how anyone can run that shit above 50 mgs. I was waking up at night from the elbow pain at 30 mgs.

    I stopped buying nuts because sil said ill get cancer. I fucking love almonds but im just gonna use coconut oil in place of them for my fats.

    Salty helmet tip sounds unpleasant....but Thats nothing. Reminds me of this time i was cutting up habanero peppers and forget to wash with soap before i proceded to a spontaneous LHJO. 30 minutes of Pure cock torture. I believe i cried as well.

    Let me just say, this mast is good shit. Very lusty, well being, always energetic. Tren is destroying my sleep though but hey, at least its legit and doing its thing. The prop is still a bit stingy compared to the tren/mast but i cant complain. Roid plus is decent gearsasis.

    Welp, I didnt train yesterday, but i'll be hitting up some deadlifts, core shit and chin ups this evening. Pulled in around 3200 cals yesterday and kept my macros almost spot on.

    Back feels good so i may attempt a PB. Hopefully i dont end up bed ridden with sciatica pain. But if i do, a large bag of tree and several jars of skippy will ease me back to health!

    If you can get organic almonds and activate them, I cant see them being bad for you. I've been making my own butter with MCT oil -actually the coconut oil would be tastier. As long as its not peanuts it'll be g2g.

    Im lucky I can sleep on tren, but only when my test dose is way low, and I have to use this:
