    SWFL Incinderine log






    Ok boys and girls, I have been chosen to Evaluate and log Black Lions Newest fat burner Incinderine. Considering I already have a log running and my goal is to find my abs by the end of the month for vacation this is perfect timing!

    I am making progress and look slightly better than this right now, well I had better considering were halfway through the month. Depending on how much they send me I may extend this program through September as I have a much more important vacation at the end of October... this is the true finish line for me so I am doing everything I can to be in shape for Aug 30 but if I miss I have a fall back hard deadline of Oct 24th

    8/17 I was very tired so I rested for the day.. Slept or stayed in bed most of it.

    8/18 was at gym at 8:15am Way early for me did fasted cardio 20 min HIIT on elliptical 1.5 min high intensity 200-240 strides/ min and low intensity for 1 min 120-150 strides/min. watched VH1 on the little tv screen, it was pretty cool considering I don't have TV at home.

    I feel the same on this NPP and Test Prop as I did on the previous so I am happy to report no fall off in strength or performance so it's good stuff in my book. Anadrol,I can't honestly say I see/ feel much difference at this point but i'm getting bags under my eyes so I know it's taxing my liver. I am very sensitive to liver toxins. So it's doing something lol Looking forward to strength increases.

    Food update, last few days I have been off point with eating frequency, It typically goes to shit on the weekends. During the week I'm in my truck all day and have everything at my fingertips so it's much easier. I lost about 5 lbs this weekend. im sure a lot was water weight because I was not drinking enough. but I look pretty damn good in the mirror if I do say so myself. I am waiting for the Incinderine to show up to get leaner.

    MT2 update I have taken 2 doses so far one at 250 mcg and another at 500mcg have been tanning at booth 2 times and out in sun in between with no shirt. All of my tan lines on my chest from the tank tops I wear everyday are gone, I have a nice brown color and am looking forward to looking like those fine people south of de border shortly.

    9/3 So here I am now, This is the new home of my log. For the last 30 days l was logging some gear for QA on their forumhttp://www.ironmagazineforums.com/qu...ml#post3144108. Now that that is done and the Incinderine has arrived it's time for Phase 2.

    I know I owe pics and I will do it this week I promise.

    I received my Incinderine today a Fat burner from Black Lion Research-I took 2 caps and a scoop of craze pre workout, HOLY FUCKING SHAKES BATMAN that combo hit me WAY harder than Clen ever has... definitely a quality product. Craze does not make me twitch at all. You should see my log book I can hardly read it. LOL

    I will run Incinderine only tomorrow no PWO and will report back as to the differences. BTW BLR was very generous with product for this log I received 2 bottles with 90 caps each that is enough for a good solid run.

    9/4 today was day 2 of incinadrene I took 2 caps in the AM and 2 caps pre workout. I did not do a PWO drink but I did have a Monster 0 cal a little before so there were extra stims but not to the degree of Craze. While at the gym I had good energy and focus. I only lifted today I did not have the jitters or anything else until the middle of the workout. but then I was jittery when I was writing out my log but everything else was ok. ( I know this is not a PWO log but I am just reporting on what I experienced) I walked out of the gym with a serious pump, best I've had in a long time 3 hrs later and I'm still feeling it big time Smile ... Tomorrow is Leg day I will have craze in me for this one back to some smith machine squats. I usually do free barbell but will change it up to see if I can get some more weight on the bar and move it. Wish me luck

    Quick update for this morning, all last week use Tren A 200 milligrams per day and did nothing but cardio , no test whatsoever. This week I reintroduce the test Prop I have had 2 shots so far. I have to say I feel like I just started a whole new cycle, my pumps are crazy I did chest& tri's 2 days ago and I'm still pumped. My arms and shoulder from my back and bi's exercise yesterday. Everything is sore like I really worked it, and my skin is so tight I'm really in shock here. I'm not a hundred percent sure if its the incinadrene or the test i'm thinking a little of both. But WOW is all I have to say!

    9/6 So here are a couple pics I just took, So after 30 days of harder work than usual and lots of cardio here is what I look like. Definetly making progress Im happy with my shoulders and arms, back and abs... Not so much, but I'm not done yet

    This incinadrene is a nice product so far, no jitters unless I take it with a pwo, I do like the jitters though... Good clean energy, no flush, no tingling or burning. and my appetite is staying the same, it didn't kill it which for my goals is a good thing. I have only used it since Monday so time will tell but so far I like it!

    Sound like a sweet product. .. I like the stims pwo but after stims and a shake... that post workout meall is a challege. If this doesnt kill the appetite I might give it a whirl

    9/7 was actually an off day and 9/8 was my chest day so not that I realized lost a day I feel better or worse actually I'm still confused lol, anyway The Incinadrene is not killing my appetite at all, This week I have actually put on about 2 lbs so far and I am still leaning out. I have increased my food intake a bit and have added in some peptides. I feel very tired but I think I have caught a cold. sorry for the rambling. the peps are making me feel very full but not as strong, I get pumped up and feel fatigued quicker. Not sure if that's normal or not this is new to me.

    9/10 day off.

    9/11 I have a few updates to make,
    #1 this is a Quality Anabolics Update the rubber stoppers they use on there vials are so thick and hard that when yo pin them with a 20g needle it leaves a permanent hole in it, it does not heal properly, how do I know this? I now have an infection in my right quad and my left delt! THANKS QUALITY ANABOLICS AND LONGTENG!!! You guys rock.

    #2 I am really liking INCINDERINE. I am solid and stable all day feel great no jitters no crazy sides, just clean positive energy I am enjoying this and looking betterevery time I look in the mirror.

    Leg day today I got straight to it even though I got at 4:00AM SHARP and did some HIIT cardio with weights. I made it to the gym at 3:30pm so nearly 12 hrs later and I am still going strong even after a full day out in the sun working, can't beat that.

    squats (no smith machine) 85x10, 105x12, 155x8,0185x6, 215x5, 235x4, 215x3, 175x4, 125x5
    Leg press 180x23,225x10, 270x25, 360x15
    Adductor 95x15, 125x8, 140x8
    Abductor 125x12, 170x15, 200x15, 210x12 this was as much weight as the machine had!
    Abs machine 40x4, 60x15, 80x12, 100x8 Done and went home.

    Considering that my quad has an infection and hurts but is on the mend and my delt was tight and burning the whole time I think I muscled through this pretty well.

    9/12 day off legs were killing me

    9/13 Chest and Tri's

    my goal here was higher reps more pump not max weight today and it worked well
    Chest press machine this weight is per arm, 70x23-15 sec rest +5, 80x12, 55x12. 45x15
    DB flies 25x20, 35x18, 45x10, 20x23
    Rope pushdown 55x15,90x20, 110x16, 130x12
    Single arm cable kickbacks 35x15, 30x12 at this point the skin felt like it was going to rip open on my arms... mission accomplished!
    Tri ext machine 50x12, 65x10 just for good measure.
    25 min HIIT on Elliptical.

    With the peptides mixed in here I have put on about 4 lbs this week up to 182. most I have gained in a long time. I am literally a bottomless pit with this stuff... The incinadrene is keeping the BF off almost completely. I look slightly softer than I did 5 lbs ago but muscles are definelty growing nicely and fast. Im getting looks from lots of people right now it feels good. Muscle fullness and hardness is off the charts right now with veins all over the place. this is a combo for the record books for me I will pull this one out again in the future i'm sure. I want to thank BLR for this amazing product. it does exactly what is promised and I don't have one single complaint or negative side at all!! I would give it a perfect 10 at this point. in 3-4 weeks I will go back in to llmajor cardio work and im sure this will be into high gear at this point I have about 1 1/4 bottles of this left. so plenty to get me through. I am going to order a few more for my wife. I probably cant get her to log it but if it does this for me only good things can be in store for her. I have a policy that I will never ask her to do something that I haven't done first, (well except for BJ's lol) but if I haven't taken it I wont let her take it. Last thing I need is for her to get messed up due to me not doing my homework first. So this one get the go ahead for my wife!!! Brundel put me down for 2 bottles for her thanks

    This was a Great workout I was not overly stimmed but I had more strength and stamina than probably ever before! I assume it's because of the combo of the Peptides and the Tren A. I put on over 90 lbs on one leg press and 180 on the other. That is blowing my mind considering that is over 1 week! same with the adductors I added 30 lbs on that in one week. good workout time to eat!

    No jitters but good clean energy...and it really does burn fat.

    9/21 Off day I celebrated my anniversary this day it was a good day but had a few too many drinks...so guess what happened? TODAY 9/22 SUCKS!!!

    DONE went home to eat was out of there in less than 30 min you may have noticed I did not directly focus on arms here that is because all I could think about was my bed and a bowl of oatmeal at this point. once I got that and a shower I feel a little better but the lesson has been learned for about the 1000th time don't drink when you are planning on working out the next day I just can't do it. 4 hard ciders and a shot of tequila and I was done.

    HOLY CRAP I SUCK!!!
    I have not updated for 8 days... Well that's over. Its October Baby, last chance.I have one more bottle of incinderine and 22+/- days to finish this thing up so here goes. first off may I suggest an easier name this one is so freaking hard to spell I get it wrong about 7 out of 10 times. Anyone who has read my writings knows I am not the best typer in the house.

    Updates I have a lot of them, first off I have not been slacking at anything except for typing all of the neat things going on. I have seriously fallen off the wagon these last few days 22 was anniversary and the 27th is my bday so basically from the 21st- 29th was not so good. I did go to the gym EOD which I decided is good for weight lifting but not good for my ADD mind, Way too much free time to spend doing other things and loose focus and motivation. in the mean time I had some super high test Tren made up for me by a certain private lab that some of the vets have been talking about lately Tren E 200mg/ Tren A 100mh/ml I have had one shot so far went well doing another tonight and cutting test way back. I am going to skip the last 7 days (I have logs if anyone doesn't believe me i'll post them)and start with today. Today is the end of heavy weights and the beginning of high reps high intensity Hiit style lifting. Burn baby burn...

    9/30 Leg Day
    Leg Press 180x15, 270x15, 360x12, 450x9, 540x7, 630x2 New PR right there!!! not bad for a 180 lb guy with toothpicks for legs...
    Leg extensions 50x15, 70x12, 100x10
    Leg Curls 50x10, 90x10, 70x8
    Standing calf raises 125x15 all three directions , 145x15 x3 way, 145x15 x3 way. I have done more weight but not as many reps I could hardly walk after this so I decided I was good.

    Incinderine has been taken continuously 2 tabs twice a day one set upon waking and another pre workout. I like the preworkout aspects of this stuff its good really good. i'm starting to dull to it's effects at this point but I have to say HANDS DOWN WAY BETTER THAN CLENBUTEROL!!! HELLO yes I said better than CLEN! unless of course you call a fun day not being able to write your name on a piece of paper... and loosing less weight than you had hoped.

    10/1 Quick update HIIT the Elliptical for 20 min today, my eating was off not nearly as much protein as I should have... and since I didn't pack my lunch I stopped at Wendy's for 2 bacon cheeseburgers off the value menu so not the huge ass $6 burgers but the $2 burgers with almost nothing on them.

    10/2 Chest and Abs

    I was changing it up a bit today I did a whole bunch of cable work today multiple different angles and heigts felt good got a great pump. threw in some abs and back ext too just for good measure. I was not feeling the energy at all lately but I have decided it's because my eating has completely fallen apart. I need a super hottie to give me a good dose of sexy motivation Jimmy can you lend me one from your harem?
