    Very bad experience with Jintanilabs






    Have given up on my order. Few hunderd bucks down the drain but a lesson well learned. Never will I switch to a new source with lower prices when the old ones are trusted and reliable.

    I'll start with a summary of the positive points:
    ++ Chat support is online quite often
    ++ Decent prices

    And now the negatives:
    -- Took ages to ship, no where near the time mentioned on the website
    -- Do not follow up on agreements
    -- Chat support is unwilling to help -- feels like talking to a salesman
    -- Package never arrived, and again no more help from Jintanilabs (as in, the deal is done --> there's the door)

    I will urge anyone to think again before trying this source. All looks well but I'd stick to your reliable source before heading this direction.

    I made an order about a month ago and i was told by one of your customer service reps to contact them again if I didnt receive my shipment by last monday. I can't contact them now because your customer support isnt working. Anyway you can help me?

    I'm sorry for you friend but jintani have been great with me. even when my order was seized at customs they re-sent it! and then there was a mix up with 3 bottles so they sent me those again! 3 times i had trouble and they helped me out. so on customer support i can't say anything bad. for the quality of the gear we will see...

    This might be resolved in the end -- I will update this when and if it does. If Jintani makes this right I'll take back my words.

    Damn, I feel for you brother. I just got gear last saturday: test e, deca, d-bol, t-bol, a-dex, tren a, sust, test p, and winny tabs all from jintani. Foolishly I bought thru naps after reading reviews but before going to jintani's website. I saw the sale on naps and just went for it like a dumbass. By the time I realized i could've save almost 200 bucks it was too late. I'm going straight to their page in a couple of weeks, so far everything was g2g. Jintani seems legit bro, i'm pretty sure you will get taken care of. It is a bitch though, i know. Brand new to the board but peace bros

    this isn't good....I guess this is why people steer clear of them, even when they do ship and its timely they have a lot of issues with incorrect orders or shipping people the wrong stuff several times....

    Guys chill out with the shipping info being posted and such.

    Also, wouldn't it make a little bit of sense to contact a Rep on a board for help before you go on a cross posting spree of negativity? Think about it. Instead of asking for help, you just immediately post negative remarks on various boards. That really motivates me to help you out huh?

    The customer service function on the Jin site is excellent. That should have been your first stop as they resolve 99% of all submissions. If they didn't, then I am not sure why.

    Shipping is done as fast as possible but keep in mind that the US Customs is not the only Customs it has to go through. Sometimes packs are held up on our end because the Customs here is slow as shit. Or is there another shipping issue at hand?

    Sorry as I have sent to request for info one labeled Urgent and one labeled high. This was 3 weeks ago and 1 week ago and no answer. The sent me a questionare about my order in general and i also replied with the same info. I had good initial service but this last order has been tough. I tried to ad you as a friend and can't figure out how to pm you. I came on this forum in hopes of getting this resolved. I apologize for posting order info as I'm not a person who is avid on forums and knows the respected protocol. I came off initially negative as I feel I have been ignored directly which frustrated me. If you would like to help then I would appreciate it.

    Ok I was finally contacted back on my second email to them. They said that the package was seized and were going to send again. Happy that there is communication. Know we wait as long as there is a resolve I am happy as the prices are ridiculous cheap

    I have had some problems myself getting through their system in the past two weeks. Each time I send a message I get a notice at the email I signed up with saying the message has timed out and has failed in delivery. Not sure what happened to their system after the last patch was added. But it sucks trying to get a hold of them and half the time I get a failed message notice and the other time it just gets thrown into limbo.

    Hey Jintani Rep. I am another first time customer order number 220674. I sent the Western Union payment on September 26th. Today is October 17th and your moron support staff still emails me telling me the "payment in progress" even though Western Union tells me that your agent picked up the money weeks ago. Now to this day your company refuses to give me a tracking number. I am giving Jintani 24 hours to provide a shipping tracking number, at Jintani's expense, otherwise the least of your problems is that I will update all of the reviews. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered.
