    jintani support down?






    So my orders been sitting at the TNT facility in LA for over a week now. I've tried using their contact us link on their website, and its taking me to a basically blank page. I am wondering if anyone else is having this problem.

    Same exact thing is going on with me. they've had my package for over 2 weeks and Jintani isn't doing a damn thing about. Told me to contact them last monday and theyre contact support is down..smooth Jintani real smooth

    Hi Jintani, i couldn't Pm not enough post. My order number is 206981, i tried to contact Jintani as my order is been stuck with the customs for 3 weeks now without any letter of seizure. I am trying to have a reship but Jintani in the last email told me if the order wasn't released by last Monday they would do it but now i am not hearing anything from them.

    Alright Jintani came through in the end... It was held like yours, after about 4 weeks of it being held customer service rep reshipped it and I now have what I was waiting for. Legit.

    I'm about to order a pretty significant amount of items. Safe? Also, will there be labels this time? I know the product is worth some extra time, I just need to know I'll get it.

    You can specify if you want labels, but they ship separately. The vials will still come unlabeled. The labels in another pack. There is a color code for the vial that the Jin site provides.
