    Frag 176-191 Review






    Just wanted to let everyone know I will be demoing BSP Frag 176-191. Got two 5mg bottles for free and just ordering 3 more at an amazing discount. This should be enough to really give a good review of BSP and Frag 176-191.

    Now I have done some reading about using Frag and have what I believe to be a decent grasp on using it properly. I would love some last minute feedback from any Frag veterans or know it all's (I meant that in an endearing way).

    I want my use and log to benefit not only me, but all board members.

    let me know how it goes how are you planning on running it? any thoughts on dosage 300-600mcg a day? 1 or 2 pins? good luck cant wait to see how it goes bsp wont disappoint

    I am going to pin 2 possibly 3. I have 5 5mg bottles. I haven't decided dosage yet. I will pin first thing in the morning, pre workout and before bed.

    I'm hoping to hear some good solid advice from some vets before I start.

    for 2 pins id say 250-300mcg each or split up 600mcg into 3 pins...bump for some more solid advice

    I remember from dat's website you need to pin it early AM before a fasted workout for best results - dosage wise I'm not too sure

    I've heard that too, but I also thought it wasn't good to cardio on an empty stomach. That's why I'm still researching the subject. I'm about to post something I read in an earlier post.

    I am going to try to IF as best as I can. I will get my cardio on first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and refrain from eating before bed.

    Out of my ignorance I ask if this is a fragment of HGH, the portion dealing specifically with "fat loss", why is the diet pattern so specific when compared to diet pattern of HGH.

    Yes, I normally do, but did legs last night and didn't want to push it. Lazy...

    It's 7:30, approx 3 hrs after my infection. I just got to the office and feel very hot.... like steam coming out of my neck collar. Is this something that happens on frag or do I just need to turn down the ac?

    OK, I just got back from the gym. I didn't take any stores.or my favorite pre workout dose of var. Now call it all in my head, but I had solid energy and stamina the entire workout. I even went back for some dumbbell kickbacks.

    Now, is this placebo or is it my body utilizing fat stores
