I find it is easier and less pain if I pin in the bicep. I dont do over 1cc at a time but right now I am doing a 1/2 cc daily.
I tried it in the thigh yestarday and boy it hurt and I still feel it today. I just wonder if I will cause problems doing the biceps over and over. I am getting a touch of itching now..
