first cycle using 500mg of test e for 12 weeks, thinking about adding anavar, if so what mg should i start and what period to start during cycle??

Without knowing anything about your experience, size, etc. Week 5 on 60-80mg/day. I have been on and off var for the last several months. If it's real, it's amazing!

I started off with var and ran for 6 weeks off 4 weeks, then back on. It makes a huge difference when I'm on it.
