Hi , Im 43 yrs. old , 6'1' , 200 lbs , & 8% bodyfat . Kinda new because Ive been on some boards and didn't notice this one. I've been in the gym most of my life but really seriously for last 7 years . I have trouble clearing the 210 hurdle. I train hard and get plenty rest , but my appetite comes and goes . ( Especially when gearing ). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated . Glad to be here and learning a lot . Maybe 225 is a goal I can reach .
