    So New Years is around the corner and the holiday stuff your ass is just about over. So what's everyone's fitness goals for 2014 and what's your New Years resolution going to be?

    Well I really don't care about abs, bein cut and contests or shows.. .maybe one day... for now I just wanna be a BIG MUTHERFUCKER.

    Eat eat eat and when you've finished that, eat some more. Try adding some b12 and eq to your next cycle. Wanna talk about a belly never being satisfied, that combo will make you fucking crazy about food. I was never full. Ran 1000mcg (1g) of injectable b12 daily and 700mg of eq. Holy shit was I a beast in the kitchen.

    Eq huh?? Damn!! too late to add it now so ill blast it on my next run..runnin tren now but it kills my appetite

    Tren doesn't affect my appetite too much, but it gives me heart burn so I'm very picky of what I eat and can't eat before bed. That's about the only negative I get from tren. But yeah eq and b12 both will increase your appetite.

    Tren makes me hot as fuck. I'm a nurse in an er and my supervisor walks by and touches my back and said "good lord!!! do you have a fever??" She went and got a damn thermometer and everything..lmao..shes like "why are you so hot??? That's weird" I was thinkin god damnit I wish she'd stop askin questions and get the hell on.

    Lol same here. I run around 99-100?f on tren. I think everybody does. It messes with your t3 and t4

    I am going to tren hard train harder eat better and turn in to a ama machine.........you guys are the f*cking best and sherk I wouldnt want your job for one minute but you do one hell of a job

    Two staged goal for 2014:

    194 lbs @ 4-5% for some shows shows in March.

    Then growing to 225 lbs @ 8% by the year end for a fighting chance in heavyweights for 2015.

    One year ago i was at 250 lbs and 30% BF, 6 months later (clean) i was at 203 and 17% BF. After my 12 weeks run of test e+ win+var , im at 220 lbs and 14 % BF. MY goal for the next year is to stay between 200 and 220 with 12% or 10% or even less of BF. We'll see what 2014 got in reserve for us you know.

    Starting at 197 12% BF, getting to (maintainable) 225 12% BF

    Looks like most everyone's goals are pretty similar. Strive to be a better self the next year is always the best goal to have.
