    First Cycle Help






    Im getting ready to place an order and want to make sure I have everything in line and in my possession before I start. From what I have read A good starting place would be Test E alone and nothing else. I was thinking a 12 week cycle 250mg twice a week. What else do I need as far as PCT? What else if anything should I take during the cycle. Nolvadex would be used for PCT from what I have been reading.

    Also do you happen to know if any of the PCT stuff would pop hot on a drug test? I know the Test E is not tested for on our normal tests.

    bro you need to research more. there is a great thread written by heavyiron on first cycle and what supporting supps you need ON CYCLE and for PCT. Its in the sticky in the anabolic zone. Read and re-read it until you understand how to cycle, which AI to use, and what a proper pct for a test only cycle looks like. Hint clomid is used for pct and nolvadex is used on cycle if symptoms of gyno occur. Please read the sticky http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/an...cycle-pct.html before starting any cycle. Then research proper dieting and training in order to get the most optimal results.

    yea no offense I would get my diet and training in check get your bodyfat down a decent amount to the 10-12 range then Hit your first cycle hard and right..

    You'll need an AI on cycle. Personally i use a very low dose of Letrozole. But to each his own.

    You can use nolva for pct if you desire but i would add Clomid to the protocol as well.

    HCG can be used throughout the cycle or during the tail end of it. (if youre noticing extreme testicular atrophy)

    Also, Cialis is good to have on hand for PCT, just in case. You can use it low dosed on cycle as well to keep your BP down a bit. Controlling water weight with your AI should suffice though.

    17% is not high 10-12 is pretty lean... Most people think there 8% when they are really like 12-14% its funny. I cruise at 15% with nice abs at 8% i have vains going through my legs and abs. At 10-12 im pretty damn lean to. 17% is fine to start out running gear. The whole you must be a certain % to run test is ignorant. I know powerlifters that stay at 20% that run gear, it just depends on his goals and what he wants.

    Diet though is key when on gear. I would say run your gear at 500mg every week. pinning 2x a week. PCT is nolva... I wouldnt bother with AI with that small of a cycle honestly. Unless your really prone to gyno or issues. I run crazy cycles with no AI and dont have issues. I have found for me most bloat i get that i thought was AI issues was actually diet issues.

    Thanks for the info. Ive been eating pretty clean for the last couple months so I think I should be good to go. My BF has been dropping pretty steady. Slow but steady. Hopefully I don't get shafted on my order, Ive been pouring through the forums and it seems kind of hit or miss with a lot of sources. Thanks again for the input.
