    My WP Sponsored Transformation Challenge-joe 2013






    Hi guys , received this morning some goodies ( 2 trenabolic ) so it's time to start my transformation log . First of all a big thanks to World Pharma and OSL for making this possible !

    today's training :
    5 o'clock a.m. ( fasted )
    30m cardio on treadmil

    CHEST :
    4 sets incline dunbell presses
    3 sets smith machine incline presses ( heavy )
    hammer strength incline superset with incline dunbell flyes ( 2 supersets )
    seated machine presses superset with pec deck ( 2 supersets )
    dips superset with cable crossover ( 2 supersets )

    ABS :
    rope crunches
    3 sets x 30 reps

    just received the second package...everything is there ...thanks WP !
    Currently running test enanthate 750mg weekly , will switch to sustanabolic on thursday for 3 weeks then i will run propiobolic and trenabolic for the last 6 weeks .
    I also take 25mg of T3 a day and Arimidex 0.5mg every third day

    meal planning for today .
    2 scoops whey iso , 1 cup oatmeal
    300g tilapia , 250g sweet potatoes
    2 whole eggs , 5 egg whites , 2 slices brown bread
    250g horse meat , 1 cup basmati rice , salad
    1 can tuna fish , broccoli , extra virgin olive oil
    2 scoops whey , 20g walnuts

    Weight this morning 204.5 pounds
    today's training : fasted 5.00 a.m.

    Cardio 30m ( 20m on the treadmill and 10m elliptical trainer )
    Back and Traps :
    triset :machine vertical pull-downs-seated machine rows-machine pullovers ( 3 sets each )
    one arm hammer strength rows ( heavy ) superset with lat pulldowns ( 3 sets each )
    triset : seated close grip rows- close grip pulldowns-wide grip t-bar rows ( 2 sets each )
    barbell shrugs 4 sets

    when i train fasted ( very often actually ) i use this supplement plan : on wakin'up it's usually 25mg T3 , a fat-burner or a preworkout drink then during workout i sip on 2 scoops Bcaas ( using Dymatize Recoup at the moment ) . As i get home i have my 1-2 scoops whey with oatmeal and take my vitamins-omega 3 . I also use some greens superfood ( i have 3 different ones ) which i think are great for all around health . I also take Life support from Anabolic innovations which is great for the liver , kidneys and cholesterol . I alternate this with Liv 52 year round .

    now some food pics
    second meal for today : white fish ( pangasius ) and sweet potatoes


    third meal . horse meat with broccoli and Samba olek spicy sauce

    How long have you been in switzerland? I have alot of family that live in the mountains over there, so beautiful this time of year.

    It's been now 20 years , Switzerland is a nice place to live and raise a family . I live in the French-speaking part of Switz close to the italian border

    Yep...I recall seeing it in my adventures in your neck of the woods...I believe it was in France I saw a diner with a wooden horse head hanging outside....that meant they sold horse meat.....yummy...beat the cold t-rations we had..

    Switzerland is confusing....correct me if I'm wrong....isn't there about 19 official languages..with mixes of French ...German...Italian...all tossed into a bowl..

    Well i'm not sure about the 19 different languages but i do know that there are 4 different sections ( they call them cantons over here ) . one is italian speaking , one is french , one german and one french-german. You're right Switzerland is a bit confusing....but overall a great place to live expecially if you look at the bloody mess Europe got in to.....

    adductor-abductor machines 1 set each 40 reps

    morning cardio fasted . 50m on the treadmill

    afternoon workout :
    SHOULDERS :

    Behind the neck presses ( heavy ) superset with standing laterals 4 sets each
    dumbell presses superset with rear cable laterals 3 sets each
    seated rear laterals superset with barbell upright rows 3 sets each

    that took me 20-25m but man .....intense ! took some pics post-workout
