    interesting post sdmz3.0 note..i have never had gyno or any nipple sensitivity issues ever in my life...but about a week removed from sdmz3.0 my nipples became sensitive..kinda odd i thought..i was a week back into a more aggressive test dose but my AI hadn't changed form prior runs like that one.. i upped the arimidex asap and it all subsided over night..

    Conclusion..once the sdmz3.0(dht compounds)cleared i had a rebound of estrogen that clearly was fairly high..or more so then anything prior..got it fixed but it was a first for me..

    Nice final review up there, very informative! Thanks for the post note too, I'll be watching... and/or feeling for similar issues. I probably would be watching closely anyway I had a similar incident when coming off 6 weeks of Halo about a year ago.

    So your levels were crashed on dmz 3.0?Do you think it was libido issues or your certain you were crashed? Jw because I want to be crashed so when I go do blood work im all the way low .I have a trt doc but I just need past the blood test when im ready.

    They were low in relation to were they normally are at....some of that is relevant to were they stay at normally....but I haven't felt that way in a long time...and I know that crappy feeling from being very low before getting on HRT...so yes it would drop your test levels...how much...I really couldnt give ya a firm answer on that...

    just a little follow up..i run a long time log on another board and started one here but didnt follow thru on it..so i'm gonna keep this one going and copy everything over as i go along....

    missed a few weeks of logging..things continue to be hectic with kids playing every sport under the sun 365 days a year...what ever happened too seasons in sports??..idk cause they play everything year round now..

    gym has been going decent...sleep hasnt been real great as far as amount goes...back to that 5-6 hours a night with long days and i'm feeling it...def only training 4 days a week now..i can cover all i need to in that time frame..

    need to get back on the cardio wagon as i always feel more energy if i hit a few 30 min sessions a week..

    been dealing with some estrogen bounces...funny but when you have been on TRT a longtime you kinda run thru stretches of as much as a year where it all dials in perfect..then out of the blue things seem to change and things take a little roller coaster ride even on the same dose..think i have it figured out..labs taken recently and i'm waiting on the results..will see!!

    so i have been inspired by Heavyiron and all the others that just completed a contest on another board...its been a long time since i have dieted hard..i built myself a base meal plan to start and began it yesterday...i feel motivated to shed some bf...gonna see were it takes me...i started out a little below maintenance and it seems good so far early on..not starving but not full either...macros are as follows:

    cals:3033

    protein-265g
    carbs-235g
    fat-104

    i will throw in one full blown cheat every week on the same day...just one meal on top of the regular plan..as things go along i will most likely carb cycle at some point..

    supps:
    1g test ew
    50mg proviron ed
    20mg cialis ed
    .5mg adex ed
    2 caps IML advanced cycle support ed
    vitamins etc ed

    i do well on lower carbs..not super low..but 225-250 works well to drop bf and not starve to death..

    training 4-5 days a week-instinctive
    cardio 3 days ew 30 min (MISS style)

    will hit abs 3 x ew...

    weight yesterday am 233lbs..i'm 5'8" 1/4 and a little over 40....

    made a few macro adjustments today..very minor and i hit the grocery store..i love the grocery store..i could spend all day there..maybe i should work at one

    cals-2932

    per day-
    c-270g
    p-260g
    f-90g

    food purchases were as follows:

    organic 90/10 ground sirloin
    jennie-o-turkey 93/7
    avocados
    white rice
    organic berries
    red bell peppers
    frozen hash browns
    apples
    eggs/egg whites(real eggs/brown free range)
    bananas
    french beans
    grape seed oil
    olive oil
    steel oats
    cashews/almonds raw(unsalted)
    almond butter
    ground cinnamon
    spices
    sea salt
    water
    360 cut bcaa powder
    Divine natural whey isolate(from grass fed cows)
    Chewable multi
    chewable fiber supp
    some generic acne wash

    that was today's trips...what i do is use a macro calculator and keep a spread sheet i carry with me and keep one at home..it list the the macros by grams per food..so if i want to eat a different mix i just figure it up on the calculator on my phone and boom...instant meal..i run all 6 meals the same macros evenly...KISS method...this will change when i carb cycle or add certain supps...

    i can pretty much whip anything up to specs like this and it doesn't get boring..of course this will only get me so far...will play it as it goes..

    supp change will occur at week 6-7...short esters will enter...and the golden one..primo e...
