    so all was well tell out went out of town for a work conference...well it wasn't all work..got some golf in etc.. they put us up in a 5 star type Resort...all inclusive..and i went all inclusive on some sweets..normally not a very big sweet eater...but it got a hold of me..too my surprise i weighed myself today in the pm at 212lbs...so didn't gain much but its all in my gut..

    Training has been so so the last week...my initial thought that losing some lbs would relieve some lower back problems i have had..far from it..back has been not good the last week..took a trip to the sports chiro for some relief..feels better but the disc issues seem to linger and then pop back up..no real reason except comprehension bothers my back the most..mostly sitting is the worst thing...oh well i wont sit..

    off to gym tomorrow am for chest/traps/calves..diet outside of the conference break has been 70% good 20% ok 10% crap...need to reel it in before it gets out of control..

    It's taking me a few weeks to reel my diet back in ... Probably similar ratios to you. Time to get back on the jerked wagon my man!

    Yeah today was the day to get it going...then I woke up to the the kids eating Belgian Waffles...I submitted....
