Hey guys, I was wondering if it's ok to do HIIT on two consecutive days if I did an upper body routine such as heavy ropes one day then the following day do something like sprints or cycle on max resistance? I know you need to give your body 1-2 days of rest when doing HIIT, but if you're splitting between upper body and lower body can you do it on two consecutive days? I'm trying to reduce my BF%.
