Hi,

My name is Jim and I am 28 years old and currently weigh 148 pounds (5' 7"). I am on my last 3 months of cutting and looking to get down to around 5-7% body fat and thought this would be a great place for tips, lifts, and motivation from other members to reach my goal(s)!

I have read all stickys and will begin a journal with food log, lifts, and other items as well.

Any tips/advice for cutting would be greatly appreciated!
