Can someone please explain to me what is I am missing?
I totally understand in order to lose weight or fat one needs to cut some calories over time. I dont understand something. A guy is 200lbs and wants to lose 20 lbs. Let say for eg. He is eating 3500 cal and he calculates his macros to hypothetically 2900cal and he loses weight. But 2900cal over time is not going anywhere and how does that equate to a 20lb loss? One needs to drop calories over time while hitting macros right? When one says they want to lose 20% of their bodyweight where is the weight coming off? I am missing something important. Can someone please simplify it for me?
