After a couple of days of trying something different, I am back to my original routine I've been using for a few weeks now. Very happy with the dumbbell presses, this is a milestone of sorts post surgery, and they were real easy to be honest, so I'm happy about that. Rest of the workout was just par for the course

yeah about another foot on top of the foot that was already there that was frozen solid for the past two weeks since it hasn't gotten over like 25 degrees since fucking christmas lol...brutal winter here for us, definitely an anomaly, or at least I hope

As long as you are doing Deads or Squats you'll be fine. Do you ever do lunges? Front, side and back all work for me :thumb:

Was nice to hit those PRs, but we'll see how my elbow holds up tomorrow. Everything felt fine until that 265 set. I don't know if I just don't do enough heavy sets to be used to it, or if I'm really screwing things up by going too heavy. We'll see.
