Hey man....What's going on?
I'm trimming down my workouts to twice a week getting ready to have some fun on the lake this summer. The kids are in activities 7 days a week between gymnastics, soccer (both), football, daisies, and swimming (both).

hey, things are good now finally. Just had to fight a bout of the flu with the whole family 2 weeks ago that was wonderful. Laid me out for a whole 2 weeks, lost 8 pounds and lost about 3 months of gym progress. got back up to 275 on bench and 295 on squats, plus I deadlifted 315 for 15 reps, then the flu hit. Barely put up 230 for 10 reps on bench last session and hurt my shoulder in the process, squats are in the toilet and today I deadlifted 330 for 7. Shit I tell you
but everything else is good so I shouldn't complain.
