Good numbers :thumbs: Keep it up. I'm finding that it's harder and harder to "out train" a bad diet after 40. Having a 10" drop is great.

I just try to make everything bigger to compensate for a "bigger" belly! If I have a 42 inch chest with a 32 inch waist or a 46 inch chest with a 36 inch waist, same difference lol....plus I get to eat more :winkfinger:
