Hey Sox, it's been a while! Not too many of the old regulars left around here. I just log my workouts on here so I have a place I can look back at all the massive weights I've lifted when I am no longer able to, ha!

I'm doing good. Still spinning my wheels with my workouts ever since my elbow surgery, but at least I can still do pretty much what I want to an extent. I've started up playing hockey again, it's a lot tougher as a 40 year old to keep up with 20 year olds, but I think I'm holding my own out there ok.

And yes I still work out at home, lol, even though I now work in a gym and have a free membership there, I still prefer to lift at home. How is everything with you?
