I wanted to say hi. I have been off the boards for about 6 or 7 years now, but I felt it was time to get back into it. I?ve been reluctant to dip my toes back in the waters with all that Guv?ment NSA $h!t that has been going on, and now that I?m a married man (and hopefully a father within the next few years), I have to be a bit more careful these days.
I?m in my mid 30?s, and have been lifting off and on for as long as I can remember. I?ve never had a problem putting on weight; it?s been the cutting down that has always been my issue (although both are getting a little more difficult these days).
I?ve been reading post for the last few months, and have already learned a lot. Thanks for all the good info.
