9am tuna 8oz with egg about 5 white mix and cooked
12pm salmon 6oz with 3 boild potato and broccoli
3pm protein shake with peanut butter and a banana
6pm brown rice with a 6oz steak
So stuff gallon of water all day

Feeling good pinned 1 1/2 cc of sust and 1/2 of npp feel good
When your blood levels stable out you start to feel things within 30 minutes after your pins. Sust250 is one that does this because of the many esters it has. I am using Testosterone Enanthate right now by EP. This made me think about switching over to the Sust250.

Once from the first pin I don't feel it for a week the after my sec etc I feel it with in a hour but all day weired maybe in my head muscle feel hard. Loven it. When am done cycleing I will cruse on test p and a little tren. Lol
 
What's all your lifts ? Body weight ?
Do you compete ?

Sorry bros been dealing with family things. Update blood was drawn and will post my results. My blood work gets done from my doc so stay tuned.
 
It's a ok picture just got to the gym. Should of took it after my work out.lol Only 5 weeks with z sust test and dbol but dropping the dbol this week .10 more weeks to go.!! Will post better pictures. Am 193 trying to be 205 again. Also dropping the pct and cruse it. With z test p.

Also upping the gym from o
1 1/2 hours to two because am upping my cradio by 25. Doing cardio 25 min before work out then 25 min after with abs. Also eattin more fish 10 to 12 oz of fish per a day. It was 5 to 8
 
Today at the gym. Z top notch only 5 weeks ten to go!!
