My goal is to increase muscle mass!!! Along with a strict diet and supplements what is the best workout routine to do this with? I am 6'2" 215 and have been out of the gym for awhile due shoulder problems. Wasn't sure if I should go with supersets or maybe low reps heavy weights. Please any help would be greatly appriciated. I like a verity of both. I feel going heavy helps strength and helps Gaines. Big volume helps pump and stretch the muscles. If uv been out for a wile I would do supper sets untell u build ur muscles back. U dont wana hop on heavy weight and get hurt
