    Trial Run LGD 4033

    Alright,

So I am trying out Sarms 1 LGD 4033. This journal will supplement my AMA thread. I haven't started my AMA gear yet and am running ONLY LGD 4033 right now. I will have plenty of time to assess the LGD 4033 before I start running my AMA stuff so I feel like this is a good time to judge the efficacy of LGD. If I like it and see good results, I am sure I will ask for more and run it during contest prep alongside my other gear.

I received the package without problem, wrapping was fine.
Took first dose today. The liquid was very very thick tasted like ass. Can't hold that against them, most of these products taste like ass so hey Watcha gonna do, except have some orange juice nearby for a chaser.

I am about 202-205lbs walking around. So we will gauge weight from there.
Beginning of last week we recorded my opening bench at 405 (which was on my lower side) and deadlift at 435. Both recorded and posted. if LGD is a strength promoter these numbers should change by a larger than 15-20lbs variation over the next few weeks.

We will see how my lifts and strength change over the next couple weeks.

    Today was deadlifts
Did rack pulls with black monster mini bands
Worked up to 315 and then the band tension at the top was ripping it out of my hand. Tried 335 failed
Dropped down to 225 and did a set of ten reps which was actually failure

After that we did box squats light weight just working on form
    155lbs 5 sets of 3 reps

Next we did some glute ham raises, lunges, and abs

Not a bad workout was kinda mad the grip failed on the rack pulls

Glute ham raises.. Can you do them unassisted?

My tip for grip strength is to hang in barbell... Put it on power rack and just hang there against the clock. I do that and I've never had any grip problems. My overhand grip DL is easily more than 400lbs.

You know I'm in bro... I recommend dosing at 10 mg a day for the duration... after 4 weeks you can up the dosage to 15 mg day... Good luck bro!

Not a bad workout today my bench is back to 415 which was my comp max in December. Remember the other week I only got 405 which was pretty disappointing
    Anyway here is the workout
    Bench
    135 two sets of 5
    225 x 5
    275 x 2
    315 x 1
    365 x 1
    405 x 1
    415 x 1
    315 x 12

    Dumbbells 70s 4x20 incline
    Db 50s 4x10 tricep
Abs and rope push downs 4x10
For abs I'm using the big black resistance band and well bent over crunch lol I can't explain

    Impressive benching like always.

You deadlift sumo style if I remember right? Have you tried how your conventional deadlift goes? I think that if you can do unassisted GHR's you should be able to pull lot more than you do right now... For me at least conventional style needs back and hamstrings and sumo is more about hips, quads and glutes...

Hell, I can't do unassisted GHR's even though I am more than 25lbs lighter than you and pull almost 500lbs... All big, strong guys in my gym says that GHR helps a lot with deadlifts but I'm just too lazy to do them...

Speed work day and technique work
    Bench 8 sets of 3
3 sets of db press working on keeping the elbows tucked

4 sets of Chest supported rows
4 sets of db pull overs

Then I just cranked out a bunch of light triceps and biceps

Sorry for lack of detail didn't bring the trusty notepad
    Felt good today nice workout

That deadlift looked easy, you could easily pull 10-20lbs more if you just tried harder! What do you think is your weakest link in deadlifts? I gained about 100lbs to my deadlift when I started doing heavy front squats and SLDL's, both without belt... Core got super strong and getting the bar off the ground wasn't a problem anymore.

    Looking massive too.
