    First time peptide run

    I was wondering if anybody can put together a igf-lr3 cycle for me? having a little trouble getting a solid run set up. first time trying peptides. stats 44yo, 190, 12% bf. looking to make gains during cruise. any help or suggestions appreciated

    Right on, IGF-1 LR3 can definitely put some size on. Are you going to be running any other peptides or just the IGF-1 alone? I'd say 2 bottles of IGF-1 LR3 (2mg total) would be a sufficient cycle.

    Most people like to run the IGF-1 LR3 around 40-60mcg/day. I prefer to do mine once a day either post workout or in the morning sub q, either one is fine. Results will be amplified if you throw in some GHRH's such as GHRP-2 and CJC1295 no dac..

    yeah..a log is going to be happening for sure. I was checking out Elite and looks like pretty much one stop shopping...i'll let you know when ima get goin. prolly the next couple of weeks. thx again for the input.
