Yessir. Take the log about 30min pre with carbs. Sip on an intra cocktail throughout training that has cyclic dextrins. Eat a pro/carb meal pwo. Its not much different than doing it pre. Just have the intra added.
Sorry should of mapped it better. Definitely pre and post. None intra as you don't want to slow any absorption of those nutrients. Here is what I was doing.
20iu novolog
160g chicken
160g cream of rice
40g honey
100g of glycofuse intra with
10g bcaas
10g glutamine
5g creatine
5g leucine
i use it before when i was jung and crazy...
pump in gym was mad best ever! but be careful your body is full of sugar when you got in gym so no way hypo happen
