I add a cup of MLO's Brown Rice Protein powder and more yogurt or buttermilk. Let soak overnight and bam! I use spelt mixed with buckwheat flour.

I put in as much water/protein/whole wheat pancake mix to meat my macros and get a good somewhat liquidy consistency and then cook them up.
